<p>The present invention provides an elevator device configured so that the loss of function of a tension weight or damage to the tension weight caused by the elongation and contraction of a rope is suppressed and so that the jumping of the tension weight during emergency braking is suppressed. An elevator device (100) is provided with: vertically movable bodies (3, 4) which are suspended by a main rope (1) and which move vertically within a hoistway (2); a governor rope (11); a tension application member (21) which has a tension weight (12); a connection body (13); and an emergency brake device (22). The governor rope (11) is endlessly passed over a governor pulley (9) and the tension pulley (10) which is provided to the tension application member (21). The elevator device (100) is further provided with: a guide rail (14) which guides the vertical movement of the tension application member (21); and a friction unit (16) which is mounted in a slidable manner to the guide rail (14). The tension application member (21) is connected to the friction unit (16).</p> |
