PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus, a system, etc. capable of increasing variations in the performance effect using a light-emission tool.SOLUTION: Provided is a floodlight projector emitting an infrared ray containing control information on light-emission tools carried by audience at concert venue or the like. This floodlight projector includes a light source in which a plurality of light-emitting diodes is arranged, and a nozzle having a narrow opening formed such that a breadth is sufficiently larger than a longitudinal width is provided in front of the light source so as to emit the infrared ray after passing through the nozzle. It is thereby possible to provide performance in terms of the light effect that a band-like light-emission area is formed using the floodlight projector present in the concert venue and this area is moved like a wave. |
