On reception (S503) of the composite contribution information, unit contribution information A is created and transmitted (S504). On reception (S553) of the unit contribution information, new composite contribution information is created (S554) using the received unit contribution information and the unit contribution information which is the base of the creation of the composite contribution information used for contribution.
