An acoustic logging device comprises at least one emitter and at least two receivers, wherein the receivers are arranged at points with different azimuthal coordinates and can carry out measurements of a wave field at points arranged at different distances from the vertical axis of the device. The receivers can be mounted with the possibility of changing the azimuthal or radial position thereof during the measuring process, and also with the possibility of changing the position thereof along the axial coordinate.
