The plastic body comprises: a first layer comprising a rotomouldable plastic; a second layer, within the first layer, comprising a rotomouldable plastic, a coupling agent and a filler; and a core comprising a plastic foam; wherein the coupling agent acts to form a bond between the rotomouldable plastic, the filler and the plastic foam. |
