<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing the integrated molding of a resin foam and a plate member, correctly integrating the resin foam at the predetermined position of the plate member without complicatedly working the molding mold, and to provide the integral molding. <P>SOLUTION: Two or more protrusion parts 22 outwardly protruded from ends of a plate member body part 21 are provided to the plate member 20, the plate member 20 is fit into the lower mold 11 of the molding mold 10, the plate member 20 is directly or indirectly frictionally engaged with the two or more protrusion parts 22 of the plate member 20 respectively to be positioned between side faces of the lower mold, and a foam resin material is injected onto the plate member 20.
