<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve energy saving and the high yield of a monosaccharide composition in enzymatic saccharification targeting wood-based biomass such as a waste wood generated in construction, which is difficult to be subjected to saccharification treatment. <P>SOLUTION: The method is configured to: pulverize the wood-based biomass so as to reduce crystallinity of cellulose; apply alkali oxidation treatment to an obtained fine fraction; and saccharify (apply saccharification) the solid content after applying the alkali oxidation treatment by an enzyme. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
