<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce carry-over of a steam-water separator. <P>SOLUTION: The steam-water separator includes a swirler including: a hub that is provided on an axial center of a cylindrical body forming a passage of a gas-liquid two-phase flow heading from a lower side to an upper side; and a plurality of turning vanes radially fixed toward the cylindrical body, with the hub defined as a center; the swirler of which inside edge is fixed to the hub in the radial direction of the turning vanes and of which outside edge is fixed to the inner wall of the cylindrical body in the radial direction of the turning vanes.
