<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration of component packaging reliability due to attachment of dust falling down during loading or unloading of pallets with components mounted thereon. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of stages of slots 51 for storing palettes 50 are disposed in a magazine 18. Support members 52 that loadably and unloadably support the palettes are disposed on both sides of the individual slots 51. A mounting groove 54 that attachably and detachably mounts a dust receiving plate 53 is formed in each of the support members 52 of the slots 51 on the individual stages except for the lowermost slot 51. By previously fitting the dust receiving plates 53 into the mounting grooves 54 in the magazine 18, even if dust attached to the lower surfaces of the palettes 50 falls down due to friction and vibration when the palettes 50 are loaded or unloaded above the dust receiving plates 53, the falling dust can be received by the dust receiving plates 53, thereby preventing the dust from attaching to the components on the palettes 50 stored below the dust receiving plates 53. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
