<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a coating film formed on a second roll to be more securely transferred to an object to be coated and a third roll. <P>SOLUTION: This coating device for solving the above problem includes a first roll 1, the second roll 2, and the third roll 3. The first roll 1 and the second roll 2 are arranged in parallel to have a certain gap, and also the second roll 2 and the third roll 3 are arranged in parallel to have a certain gap. The coating device forms the coating film 7 on a surface of the second roll 2 by pressing a coating film material 4 with the first roll 1 and the second roll 2. The coating film 7 formed on the surface of the second roll 2 is transferred to a belt-like object 6 to be coated travelling between the second roll 2 and the third roll 3. In addition, in such a device, width of the second roll 2 is as large as width of a uniform and thick center part except thin both ends of the coating film formed when the coating film material 4 is supplied to the gap between the first roll 1 and the second roll 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
