<p>The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a diffractive optical element capable of reducing the cost for producing a structural light pattern projection module. The method includes the steps of: forming an etching prevention film on a substrate; forming an etching film on the etching prevention film; forming a mold which includes the etching firm with a pattern formed on the surface of the film with a uniform depth through a predetermined etching process; and forming the diffractive optical element by coating a molding material on the mold and separating the molding material from the mold when the molding process is completed.</p> |
