<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a tamperproof property for an electronic apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: A cryptographic apparatus 110 comprises an electronic circuit board 112 housed in a metal case 111. Protection plates 113 each comprise: ferromagnetic metal strips 113a having the characteristic of distorting an MRI image; and high X-ray attenuation coefficient metal strips 113b having the characteristic of causing reduced contrast and increased noise of an X-ray inspection image, the metal strips 113a and the metal strips 113b being resin-molded in a resin 113c. The protection plates 113, which are inserted between inner wall surfaces of the metal case 111 and the electronic circuit board 112, can distort an MRI image and cause reduced contrast and increased noise of an X-ray inspection image even through MRI and X-ray inspections to ensure a tamperproof property. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
