<p>A gas barrier film of the present invention comprises: a dry barrier layer; and a wet barrier layer formed on top of the dry barrier layer. The wet barrier layer includes hydrogenated polysiloxazane. The gas barrier film increases the film density by a self healing effect in which the wet barrier layer is penetrated between pin holes and cracks and induces covalent bond and has enhanced oxygen and vapor blocking functions. In addition, the gas barrier film prevents cracks and deformation and provides improved heat stability, fairness, gas permeability, surface hardness, and affinity with the dry barrier layer which is a gas impermeable film.</p> |
