<p>A compound sealing method for glass plates comprises: preparing a metal paste coating on the surface of each glass plate to be compounded in the preset sealing area; sintering the metal paste coating into the metallized layer bonded with the glass plate; welding the metallized layers in the corresponding sealing areas of the glass plates by using the metal brazing technology to realize the air-tight joint between the two glass plates. A vacuum glass and an insulated glass are also provided. The method has the advantages of firm connection in sealing positions, high air tightness and favorable thermal shock resistance. The annealing of toughened glass is avoided because the brazing temperature is low, thereby providing convenience to the processing of toughened vacuum glass, toughened insulated glass and other toughened compound glass products.</p> |
