PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof structure of a building realizable even by water leakage repair work of an exterior member including a joint to which primary water cutoff treatment is applied.SOLUTION: In the building, an outdoor space and an indoor space are partitioned by the exterior member (1). The exterior member (1) includes a plurality of surface members (11, 12 and 13) adjacent in the vertical direction and water cutoff sealants (14 and 15A) provided in horizontal joints (21 and 22) positioned between the adjacent surface members (11, 12 and 13). The building comprises a drain passage forming member (2) for receiving water infiltrated into the indoor side by passing through the exterior member (1) and guiding the received infiltration water up to the outdoors from the horizontal joints by passing through the exterior member. The drain passage forming member (2) typically includes a draining member (3) for receiving the infiltration water and a drain guide member (4) for guiding the infiltration water received by the draining member (3) up to the outdoors from the horizontal joints. |
