PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grease composition that has a low roll torque property and an excellent durability, rust resistance and biodegradability, in spite of the use of a base oil and a thickening agent which are derived from food, and to provided a rolling device with the grease composition encapsulated therein.SOLUTION: The grease composition containing a base oil and a thickening agent is provided in which the base oil is rape seed oil and the thickening agent is magnesium stearate. The rolling device with the grease composition encapsulated therein is also provided which includes: an inner member having a raceway surface on its outside surface; an outer member having a raceway surface opposing to the raceway surface of the inner member and disposed outside the inner member; a plurality of rolling elements rollably disposed between the two raceway surfaces; and a lubricant lubricating between the two raceway surfaces and the rolling elements. In the rolling device, the lubricant is the grease composition. |
