PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sodium secondary battery having excellent cycle characteristic.SOLUTION: There is disclosed a sodium secondary battery. This sodium secondary battery includes a positive electrode capable of inserting and desorbing sodium ions; a negative electrode containing tin alloy; and an electrolyte having sodium ion conductivity. The tin alloy is represented by Sn-M (formula (1)) (where, M is Co, Fe, Mn, Ni or Cu). |
