<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose an operation action that can be executed quickly.SOLUTION: An operation action proposal device includes: measurement means for detecting a signal caused by a body condition of a passenger as a body-condition characteristic value; inter-measurement-point distance calculation means for calculating a change characteristic value produced by adding a first body-condition characteristic value detected by the measurement means and a change amount that is calculated, in advance, related to the body-condition characteristic value occurring when traveling between a first measurement geographical point and a second measurement geographical point positioned between a destination and the first measurement geographical point, in a case where a vehicle on which the passenger rides travels within a given range from the first measurement geographical point that is stored in a first database storing positional information of a measurement geographical point, or points, on a route from a present position of the vehicle to the destination thereof; and route proposal means for presenting with a change in an operation action in the case of the change characteristic value exceeding a given threshold.</p> |
