PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit part and a detector and a warning system having them which are high in the reliability of output results by individually diagnosing the operations of internal members.SOLUTION: A warning system X includes a detector A having a sensor part 1 for detecting the change of an external environment and a microcomputer circuit 11 for determining the change of the external environment on the basis of the output of the sensor part 1. The warning system X includes: a power supply voltage self-diagnosis circuit 52 for transmitting a power supply voltage monitor signal S1 for monitoring a power supply voltage to the microcomputer circuit 11 to monitor the upper and lower limits of the power supply voltage of the microcomputer circuit 11 to which the power supply voltage is supplied from the power supply voltage circuit 50; and output means B for outputting a failure result when it is determined that the microcomputer circuit 11 is abnormal.
