PURPOSE: A cable manufacturing method and a cable combination method are provided to allow a single cable to compensate the change of the reeled radius by controlling the rotation of a traverse. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of rotation basket(10) includes a traverse(11) guiding a single cable(1S). The single cable released from a rotation basket is collected in a dice. A rotation caterpillar(60) integrates the single cables which are passed through the dice. A rotation basket(80) reels the integrated cable. The traverse release the twist of the single cable.
