PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a tooth profile component having prescribed accuracy stably by a comparatively simple constitution.SOLUTION: A restraint ring 6 is set on a die 3, and a material 9 is placed in the restraint ring. When punching the material 9 by a punch 2 and the die 3, the outer peripheral surface of the material is restrained by the restraint ring 6, and the material is sheared by a tooth profile of the punch 2 and a tooth profile of the die 3 in the state where a high hydrostatic stress is generated inside the material. |
