<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving management system in which an alarm operates when a person except a preregistered person starts an engine, with respect to driving of an automobile or the like.SOLUTION: A driving management system sets information on a driver's license record article and on optionally determined driving management (for example, a name and the like) as driving management information, creates a management card in which the information is made to be stored in a computer and a storage device such as a chip to input and store the information. The driving management system collates the information on the management card with the information on the computer simultaneously with engine start switch input when starting driving. When the information does not coincide, an alarm device such as a horn sounds, and an automobile is brought into a state that driving is impossible to prevent law violation driving such as driving without a license, theft or an incident/accident.</p> |
