<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air cleaner capable of reducing accumulation of dust on the floor surface by performing an air cleaning operation for collecting dust particulates before the dust particulates floating in indoor space gradually descend and settle and dust starts to accumulate on the floor surface.SOLUTION: An air cleaner comprises: a box-shaped body case having an outlet 2 and a suction port 3; a cleaning filter 4 which is air cleaning means provided at the suction port 3; and blower means 6 provided between the cleaning filter 4 and the outlet 2. The air sucked into the body case from the suction port 3 via the cleaning filter 4 is blown out to a front surface side in the body case from the outlet 2 provided at an upper part of the body case by the blower means 6. As the suction port 3 is provided at left and right side surface lower parts in the body case, dust accumulation on the floor surface can be reduced.</p> |
