PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically perform control for selectively limiting display of a certain specific kind of video for a specified operator according to conditions arising outside. SOLUTION: Included are a video signal selection part 1 and a video signal control part 4 which receive various video signals outputted from a video source part 5, and select or control and output them, a multi-screen video display device 3, equipped with one display screen, which receives and outputs a video signal outputted from the video signal selection part 1 and projects a plurality of pictures in a plurality directions, an external operation part 7 which generates a first signal including the result of operation done by an operator from outside and outputs the first signal to the multi-screen video display device 3 or video signal control part 4, and an external condition input part 6 which generates a second signal including the result of detection of an external state and outputs the second signal to the video signal control part 4.
