PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the processing efficiency of an information processor as a whole while efficiently assigning a shared resource to the processor and reducing a load on each processor. SOLUTION: The information processor 10 for performing control so that the shared resource to a plurality of CPU 11A to 11D is provided with: priority storage parts 12A to 12D for storing the level of processing priority executed by the respective CPU 11A to 11D for each of the CPUs 11A to 11D; and an exclusive control unit 13 for defining a CPU which receives an assignment request of the shared resource on the basis of the level of the priority of the respective CPUs 11A to 11D stored in the priority storage parts 12A to 12D when it receives the assignment request of the shared resource from any of a plurality of the CPUs.
