<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electroluminescent device having excellent reliability since exfoliation on the boundary surface of an adhesion layer and a hygroscopic layer and crack generation of the adhesion layer due to gas generation are suppressed and there is no breakage of the adhesion layer.SOLUTION: Disclosed is a sealed structure which includes: a space 8 between a first substrate 4 having an electroluminescence element 2 formed therein and a second substrate 9; and a hydroscopic layer 5 containing a silicon-containing ceramic precursor. An electroluminescent device 12 is characterized in that, in the content of SiOin the hydroscopic layer 5, a portion 7 in contact with the adhesion layer 10 is higher with respect to a portion 6 surrounded by the adhesion layer.</p> |
