PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow work and operation of an operator to be reduced simplifying information circulation in a demand response (DR).SOLUTION: A demand response (DR) is made possible by each actor 4 accessing a GUI 5 of a DR service platform at one place on a cloud 1, and communicating with another actor 4 without arranging a communication line between actors 4. In addition, placing aggregator 42 between a power company 41 and a user 44 allows the aggregator 42 to propose an event (DR contents) optimal to the individual user 44 freely and sensitively on the basis of various life data collected from the user 44. Furthermore, a sub-aggregator 43 is laid among the power company 41 and the user 44 and the aggregator 42. |
