<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus capable of efficiently displaying a main subject within a panoramic image in a camera with a panoramic imaging function for combining a plurality of images to obtain a panoramic image, and an image reproduction method.SOLUTION: The camera with the panoramic imaging function for obtaining a panoramic image by combining a plurality of images captured continuously in a series of imaging comprises: main subject extraction means for extracting an image region of a predetermined main subject from a plurality of captured images including the main subject; storage means for storing in an imaging apparatus coordinate position information of a main subject region calculated by the main subject extraction means; and combination means for combining captured image data through image processing. Main subject coordinate position correction means is also included which executes correction processing for a panoramic image with respect to the main subject coordinate position which is dislocated during the combination of images, and storing the corrected main subject coordinate position in association with the panoramic image.</p> |
