<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten time required for inspection and increase production tact.SOLUTION: A calculation unit sets a threshold value corresponding to processing time of image processing (step S1). The calculation unit acquires image data from a camera (step S2). The calculation unit measures elapsed time from a start time point of image processing (step S4). When the image processing has not yet been completed at the time when the measured elapsed time exceeds the threshold value (step S5:YES or step S8:YES), the calculation unit designates an inspection object as a defective (step S13).</p> |
