An organic light emitting device comprising a plurality of first, second and third pixel areas having a hexagonal shape respectively may include: a first sub pixel which is arranged in the first, the second and the third pixel area, and emits a first color, and shares at least one side with a first sub pixel comprised in an adjacent pixel area; a second sub pixel which is arranged in the first, the second and the third pixel area, and emits a second color, and shares at least one side with a second sub pixel comprised in an adjacent pixel area; and a third sub pixel which is arranged in the first, the second and the third pixel area, and emits a third color, and shares at least one side with a third sub pixel comprised in an adjacent pixel area. The organic light emitting device can have high aperture ration, high resolution and improved lifetime according as the organic light emitting device comprises a new sub pixel arrangement structure. Furthermore, the organic light emitting device can not degrade mechanical strength of a mask and also can improve process yield, according as the organic light emitting device has the structure of the mask or high aperture ratio to realize a sub pixel arrangement structure like the above. |
