<p>#CMT# #/CMT# The device has a membrane in the form of a disk suspended on a support (4), and two piezoelectric actuators (6, 10) in contact with the membrane for exerting a force on the membrane. A position determining unit determines the position of the membrane relative to the support, and a control unit controls the actuators. The control unit applies a deformation signal to one of the actuators, so as to move the membrane, and applies a control signal to the other actuator to control the movement of the membrane, where the control signal is applied based on the position of the membrane. #CMT# : #/CMT# The position determining unit is of capacitive type or piezoelectric type or piezoresistive type.
