An inclusion complex of pinocembrin with cyclodextrin or its derivative, comprising pinocembrin and cyclodextrin or its derivative, wherein the molar ratio of pinocembrin to cyclodextrin or its derivative is 1:1-1:100; and said cyclodextrin or its derivative is selected from the group consisting of α-cyclodextrin, β-cyclodextrin, γ-cyclodextrin, hydroxyethyl-β-cyclodextrin, dimethyl-β-cyclodextrin, hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin, dihydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin, methyl-β-cyclodextrin, cyclodextrin based on glucose, cyclodextrin based on maltose, cyclodextrin based on maltotriose, carboxymethylcyclodextrin, sulfobuthylcyclodextrin, sulfobuthylether-β-cyclodextrin and any combinations thereof. |
