The present invention relates to a simulation sound generation apparatus for a car, and a simulation sound generation method for a car using the same. According to the present invention, a simulation sound is generated in response to a car behavior using a GPS signal such that a pedestrian or a driver can be informed of the dangers against safe driving, thus preventing an accident and driving can be comfortable and satisfying. The present invention includes: a GPS reception module which receives a GPS signal; and a sound control unit which applies a sound output signal to a speaker such that a sound signal associated with a car behavior can be outputted through the speaker using the data received by the GPS reception module.
