<p>Preparing an aromatic compound (I) comprises reacting cyclohexanone (II) and an organic compound (III) in presence of a heterogeneous metal catalyst on a support in non-reducing medium. Preparing an aromatic compound of formula (I) comprises reacting cyclohexanone of formula (II) substituted by R1 and an organic compound of formula R2-Nu-R3 (III) in presence of a heterogeneous metal catalyst on a support in non-reducing medium. R1 : H, an unsaturated or an additional carbonyl group positioned on the ring, 1-40C linear or branched alkyl, alkenyl and/or aryl (optionally interrupted by O, N or S and optionally substituted by hydroxyl, amine or thiol); Nu : N, O, S or P; R2 : 1-40C linear, branched and/or cyclic alkyl, aryl or alkenyl (optionally interrupted by O, N or S and optionally substituted by hydroxyl, amine or thiol); and R3 : H or 1-40C linear, branched and/or cyclic alkyl, aryl or alkenyl (optionally interrupted by O, N or S and optionally substituted by hydroxyl, amine or thiol).</p> |
