A mounting unit for a sub-frame is disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the mounting unit for a sub-frame of a vehicle provided to engage a side member with the sub-frame of the vehicle, includes: a mounting bracket coupled to the bottom of an inner panel of the side member; a lower pipe fixated by passing through the inner panel of the side member and the mounting bracket in a vertical direction; an upper pipe fixated in the vertical direction on an upper internal face of an outer panel of the side member corresponding to an upper part of the lower pipe, and an axial bolt connecting the lower and upper pipe.
