<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor and a program achieving energy saving while suppressing deterioration in user's utilization efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The information processor includes: an acquisition means acquiring discrimination information for discriminating a user or a group to which the user belongs; a processing means carrying out a predetermined process in either a first operation mode with emphasis on convenience or a second operation mode with suppressed power consumption; a storing means storing a target value for the power consumption and an accumulated value of the consumed power during a predetermined period for each user or group; and a control means controlling the processing means so as to operate in the second operation mode when the accumulated value for the power consumption of the user or the group having acquired discrimination information exceeds the target value for the power consumption of the user or the group. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
