<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent renewal work from being large-scaled by installing a new drain pipe joint by utilizing a through-hole in which an existing drain pipe joint has been drawn out of a concrete slab. <P>SOLUTION: This drain pipe joint has: an upper-side body 34 having an upper socket connected with an upper-stair drainage erecting pipe, and formed into a flat perfect round shape; a lower-side connecting part 36 which is formed into a flat perfect round shape smaller in diameter than that of the upper-side body 34, formed coaxially with the upper-side body, and connected with a lower-stair drainage erecting pipe; and a center body 35 which is formed into a flat oblique funnel shape between the upper-side body 34 and the lower-side connecting part 36, and has an inclined outer peripheral surface 35s. The center body 35 penetrates the through-hole in which the existing drainage pipe has been drawn out of the concrete slab, and supported from below by an effect that the inclined outer peripheral surface 35s of the center body 35 abuts on the inclined internal surface of the through-hole.
