The present invention relates to an apparatus for operating a louver system capable of easily replacing a louver by allowing only a desired louver to be simply replaced in the louver system installed before, and markedly reducing costs required for replacing the louver since it is not necessary to replace the entire louver system in order to replace the louver. An insertion part is formed to slide-insert a louver panel into a gap between brackets. A stopper part for preventing separation of the louver panel is bent and formed on both sides of the insertion part. A rotary cap is installed in a rotary shaft on the other side of the bracket. After a fixing protrusion formed on both sides of the rotary cap is penetrated into a fixing hole of two rod bars, a fixing cap is combined with the fixing protrusion penetrated into the fixing hole by shrink-fit. Therefore, the rotary cap is not separated from two rod bars. |
