<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus for processing high viscosity organic fluid by the continuous mixing of high pressure carbon dioxide. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for processing the high viscosity organic fluid which includes a high pressure process in which the high viscosity organic fluid, containing a coating material or a molten resin which is supplied continuously under high pressure, and the high pressure carbon dioxide supplied continuously are mixed by a mixer in a mixing part, in a high pressure carbon dioxide supply line, a primary pressure control valve is set upstream of the mixing part, and the set pressure of the primary pressure control valve is set to be higher than the pressure obtained by adding fluctuation pressure generated in a line after the mixing part to the pressure of the mixing part, so that the intermittent supply of the high pressure carbon dioxide is suppressed, and its supply flow rate is stabilized in the method for processing the high viscosity organic fluid by the continuous mixing of the high pressure carbon dioxide and its continuous mixing apparatus. In this way, the method and apparatus for processing the high viscosity organic fluid which reduce the discharge of an organic solvent and lower an environmental load can be provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
