<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing toner which allows toner composition liquid to be stably ejected for a long period without clogging an ejection hole when the toner composition liquid is ejected from a minute nozzle. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing toner includes a toner composition liquid preparation step of preparing toner composition liquid in which a toner composition containing a binder resin and releasing agent is dissolved or dispersed in an organic solvent, a filtration step of removing coarse particles in the toner composition liquid, a droplet formation step of ejecting the filtered toner composition liquid from one or more ejection holes to make the liquid into droplets, and a drying step of drying the organic solvent in the droplets of the toner composition liquid for solidifying the particles. A temperature of the toner composition liquid in the droplet formation step is higher than a temperature of the toner composition liquid in the filtration step. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
