<p>Excess voltage is prevented from flowing through an electric storage cell. Included are an inductor, a first switching device, a second switching device and a control section supplying a control signal to control ON/OFF operations of the first switching device and the second switching device, to the first switching device and the second switching device, where the control section supplies the control signal so that the first switching device and the second switching device repeat ON/OFF operations alternately when a voltage of the first electric storage cell and a voltage of the second electric storage cell are lower than a predetermined value, and the control section supplies a control signal to stop the balance correction apparatus, when at least one of the voltage of the first electric storage cell and the voltage of the second electric storage cell is equal to the predetermined value or larger than the predetermined value.</p> |
