<p>A flame retardant aqueous liquid composition containing water, guanidine sulfamate, a citric acid compound including a metal salt of citric acid, and a water soluble polymer. A flame retardant polyurethane foam is produced by a process including the steps of providing a mixture of the above flame retardant aqueous liquid composition with a polyol and an isocyanate, and reacting the mixture in the presence of a catalyst.</p> |
