摘要 The present invention relates to a nanoparticle manufacturing method through bidirectional pulse continuous collision method capable of manufacturing high quality nanoparticles with raw materials such as metal, ceramic, organic polymers and the like and a device thereof and, more specifically, to a method of manufacturing nanosized fine particles by a bidirectional pulse collision method by spouting raw particles capable of being refined from both sides by accelerating the same. The nanoparticle manufacturing method comprises: a raw material supplying step of supplying various raw particles (P) and water (H) by mixing the particles to be manufactured in a nanosize and water; a raw material mixing step of uniformly mixing the raw particles and water or manufactured fine particles by continuously circulating the raw particles and water or manufactured fine particles; a raw material accelerating step of discharging a mixed raw material solution mixed in the raw material mixing step at high pressure and high rate by dividing the mixed raw material solution into both sides and applying pressure by the operation of a piston; a pulse generating step of accelerating the mixed raw material solution at regular pulse; a raw material collision manufacturing step of manufacturing fine particles by mutual head-on collisions by spraying the high pressure mixed raw material solution at high rate through a spraying nozzle installed to face each other in a straight line while having different diameter; and a raw material separating step of separating the raw particles (P) and water (H) of fine particles manufactured as described above.
