<p>The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for installing the apparatus, wherein, in order to safely preserve various structures including a vinyl greenhouse to enable smooth crop and vegetable cultivation and flower management even during the winter season, the apparatus is capable of automatically and promptly melting snow or ice piled on the structures and, more specifically, to a snow melting apparatus of various structures and a method for installing the snow melting apparatus through efficient using of heat by a heating medium, wherein the apparatus can be easily installed at structures including an existing vinyl greenhouse, lower the costs for maintaining and managing facilities after the installation, and maximize the economic effect by providing electric power considering the quantity of heat for snow melting and the quantity of heat for anti-freezing. The present invention comprises: heating members inserted into pipes, which are coupled to an upper portion of a vinyl greenhouse and both side supports, along the pipes in a length direction of the vinyl greenhouse, wherein the heating members generate heat and has a predetermined length; heat conduction plates disposed at contact regions of the vinyl greenhouse and upper portions of the pipes into which the heating members are inserted; heat transfer plates covering the respective pipes into which the heating members are inserted; heat-storable warming plates installed outside and above the vinyl greenhouse; a temperature sensor for sensing the real-time temperature of a surface of a heat conduction layer outside the vinyl greenhouse; a snow motion sensor for sensing weak or strong snowing; and a control unit receiving signals from the temperature sensor and the snow motion sensor to control heating cables which are the heating members.</p> |
