The present invention relates to an apparatus for removing a burr and, more specifically, to an apparatus for removing a burr to efficiently remove a burr of a ring-shaped molding product generated by a point of an ejecting pin of a mold when a non-ferrous metallic material such as magnesium, aluminum, etc. is manufactured by injection molding by using a die casting method. According to the present invention, an apparatus for removing a burr to efficiently remove a burr of a ring-shaped molding product generated by a point of an ejecting pin of a mold when being manufactured by injection molding comprises: a support part (100) having a plurality of upper plates (31) in the form of a circular plate arranged in the form of an arc and combined, and an upper plate hole (32) in the center of a plurality of upper plates (31), and formed to fix a ring-shaped molding product (P) inserted into the upper side of the upper plate (31) by moving a plurality of upper plates (31) toward an outside when a fixing member (52) of a cutting block (50) is inserted into the upper plate hole (32) formed in the position corresponding to the upper plate hole (32); and a press part (200) consisting of a cutting part (51) in the form for removing a burr formed in the ring-shaped molding product (P) while vertically descending, and a cutting block (50) in the form of a conical column, formed at an incline while moving down in a lower direction, and having a fixing member (52), and formed to fix the ring-shaped molding product (P) to the supporting part (100), and to remove a burr formed in the ring-shaped molding product (P) at the same time as the fixing member (52) is inserted into the upper plate hole (32) formed in the supporting part (100) when the cutting block (50) is vertically descending. |
