Provided in the present invention is a prepreg composite for a golf shaft which comprises a first layer having one to ten pieces of prepreg laminated; a second layer having one to ten pieces of prepreg which include carbon nanofiber laminated, and formed on the upper part of the first layer; and a third layer having one to ten pieces of prepreg laminated, and formed on the upper part of the second layer. The prepreg composite for a golf shaft according to the present invention improves a damping performance by using carbon nanofiber as a damping material, and has better structural stability by laminating in a sandwich form of placing the prepreg on the outer surface and placing prepreg including carbon nanofiber on the inner side. Moreover, if the prepreg composite according to the present invention is applied to a golf shaft, a problem of stress, and pains and injuries of wrist, shoulder, waist, etc. of a golfer can be solved and the ball flight can be improved by damping impacts and vibration caused by collision between a head of a golf club and a golf ball during impact.
