The present invention relates to a pressure vessel for a BOP test apparatus and an apparatus and a method for testing BOP equipment using the same. According to the present invention, various tests can be performed on the BOP equipment exposed to a condition similar to a deep-sea environment, so the problems of the BOP equipment can be prevented and managed beforehand, thereby smoothly and quickly performing the installation process and the operation process of the BOP equipment in an actual installation site such as deep sea. In addition, according to the present invention, the BOP equipment can be easily put in a test chamber and the test chamber can be stably maintained to be sealed when the BOP equipment is tested, thereby conveniently performing the tests on the BOP equipment in the deep-sea environment. A BOP test apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a pressure vessel having a test chamber in which BOP equipment can be put and a liquid to submerge the BOP equipment can be contained; and an external pressure supply unit raising the pressure of the liquid in the test chamber so that the pressure of the liquid can be raised to a deep-sea pressure. The pressure vessel includes: a vessel main body having the test chamber therein, and formed to have an opened upper side; a vessel cover coupled to seal the opened upper side of the vessel main body; and a connection adapter coupled to penetrate the vessel cover vertically, and allowing a riser and the BOP equipment to be detachably coupled to the top and the bottom thereof respectively.
