PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve unit which improves workability when a valve is inserted to a housing 3, by preventing a large change in insertion/extraction force for insertion/extraction of the valve to/from the housing 3 in spite of the occurrence of unevenness in plate thickness of a base part.SOLUTION: A valve unit 1 includes a valve with a base part 21, the cylindrical housing 3 to which the base part 21 is to be inserted, and a pair of terminal fittings 4 and 4 provided in the housing and holding the base part therebetween. Projections 22 are provided on both surfaces of the base part 21, and the pair of terminal fittings includes spring pieces 41 for locking the projections 22, and the spring pieces are configured to have bending parts 41A formed to bend concavely toward the base part. Front end parts of the spring pieces are provided so that, when the spring pieces lock the projections, the front end parts can be displaced from the depth of the housing toward an opening in a state where they are brought into contact with the inner surface of the housing because the bending parts are pushed by the projections. |
