<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate the wrong operation factor of an entire device including plural electric circuits.SOLUTION: An evaluation method for a device including plural electric circuits includes the steps of obtaining each of first wrong operation frequency characteristics representing the limit magnitude of a noise signal that does not cause wrong operation for each of the plural electric circuits contained in the device, and obtaining second wrong operation frequency characteristics representing the limit magnitude of a noise signal that does not cause wrong operation for the entire device on the basis of the first wrong operation frequency characteristics obtained for each of the plural electric circuits, an equivalent circuit of the entire device, and the equivalent circuit for each of the plural electric circuits.</p> |
