PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a green tea syrup containing pulverization tea leaves, which are insoluble solid contents, in a high concentration, is good in flavor and has long-term storage stability and dischargeability from a container.SOLUTION: A green tea syrup is obtained by adjusting the viscosity by using a pseudo-plastic thickener and fermentative cellulose and the pH to a specified range and has long-term stability at ordinary temperature and dischargeability from a container although containing insoluble solid contents in a high concentration. |
